if your e316g is ported already if i'm not mistaken... i'm pretty sure those can deliver apx 400whp. not sure where to get the rebuild kit but i'm sure slowboyracing.com and forcedperformance.com will either have them or know where to get them. also by upgrading the internals you will be able to get even more out of it but w/ only a 350whp goal you won't need it.
