Totally. 420a motor in the 2g GS and the 4g64 motor in the 3g GS.

A 3g and 2g are totally different cars. They changed body styles too.

I do not know much about these cars so what is the difference in the two motors in power and reliability? The only change I really see between the two is the front wrap around and the chrome gas cap.

In your opinions is it worth the extra money to get the 3G? Seems like the 1997 's are quite affordable

sebba he asked about the GS SPYDERS. both generation GS spyders have the same engine in them. the only difference is body style, and a few other minor differences
