ok i've been having problems with my car for the past couple weeks... when i'm idling the car is shakey and the needle will randomly go from 1 to 0. then today i had to brake quickly and the brake light on my dash came on. later on i was turning and braking (pretty quick) and the car just completely stalled out. when i'm driving my car isn't smooth and fast anymore it revs up extremely high even if i'm not flooring it, feels sluggish, and the rpm gauge seems to skip back and forth... any idea whats wrong?? thanks!

 

Sounds like you may have a few problems. First off what does the car do at an idle? Just sitting there no gas applied and not in gear. Does it jump back and forth or run smooth? When was the last time you had a tune up (Plug change and wires change).
