i consider a $30 mbc a better value for controlling boost. and i dont consider it a logger by any means. 2g's have obdII ecus and do not output duty cycle info, that feature is worthless for us. maybe other cars can use it, but for the price id opt for something like dsmlink for full boost, fuel, and logging control

It really is one of my best purchases I have made, I run the peak hold all the time. So I can constantly see what my peak RPM, Bar are at.(Because I noticed my TACH is off by 500rpm's, when my PFC and AVCR are reading the same at 500 less) Another point is here in Newengland when the temperature of the air changes so much from day to night I dont have to keep getting out of the car to turn up or down the boost. Its funny when I see people bashing or saying to to complicated, either they are just scared of it or dont know anything about tuning.
n2daizo123 Have you tried the Gear determined boost yet, its really cool. Before I got my drag radials I used it in 1st gear, and it worked great.

RE: Just installed my avcr
ya I personally hate my MBC, I am running 21 PSI one day the next it is humid and im at 18 then 22 the next and im fuel cutting. it becomes a daily chore to have to adjust it in my car because I have to do it at least once a day since the weather in Fl goes from 60s at night to 90s and humid one day then 70s and cool the next. I would love to have the AVCr but for $300 it isnt up on my list of mods yet since fuel and a FMIC would do me better untill then

i havent done anything with the gear determined boost yet, i havent had time to do anything but set the boost. another good thing about it that would help emonz57 is that it has 2 settings on you could use for high boost and one you could use for low boost.
