Default Mysteriously dying eclipse

Hopefully someone knows the answer to this problem. It's a 1996 Eclipse. It runs and drives fine for about 15 minutes, sometimes more, than the rpms go to zero and the car dies. In less than one minute the car will crank up and run and drive fine, for another 15 or so minutes, and so on and so on. The check engine light was/is on, with the codes (according to the local parts place) "engine misfire [I believe #1]" and "bad camshaft position sensor." The car does not overheat. All the following have been done with absolutely no results: change ecu; change fuel pump, lines and filters; change plugs and wires and cap; replace cam position sensor; disable the alarm. The codes have not been checked since the cam position sensor was replaced. Any thoughts appreciated. Thanks.

Could posibbly be a bad injector. I would try and get the code now and see what has changed

The computer was reset before changing it. I don't think the new one has been reset. Shoul it? I'll have the codes tomorrow. About sensors: what sensor might it be? And fuel injector: why would one bad injector kill the engine? Thanks. I'll post the codes tomorrow.

sometimes they can be ok for a while and then start to show signs of failing..

However i still feel that the problem is something along the lines of electrical (sensor or something)

If it is fuel related (and i doubt that) i would either say injector... or a failing fuel pump.
