Default put my car together and not creating boost.

so i have worked on my car a million times.. and i have brrn upgrading it for a long time. finally got it done... and just wanted to see if it ran decent.. i am not creating any boost. my car is so slow... lol. it has an exhaust leak. i am gonna have it fixed, but i was wondering if it could be the cause of me having know boost? i think i would at least create some. maybe the exhaust leak is not my only problem?

what do you guys think?

no i dont think that would cause the leak unless it is on the manifold then i can c it happening. make sure all the pipes are connected, ic pipes that is. i cant think of to many things that would cause it not to work

if it's a leak in the manifold then that would definitely be your problem, if not then it'd have nothing to do with it... like he said check all of ur connections

well, i realized it is because i have exhaust leaks everywhere... lol. the o2 housing didnt bolt up perfectly and threw everything off. i tightened the bolts down some more and created a little boost. but, i cannot tighten them anymore and it is still massive leakage. i kinda expected this. so i went down to the best reputable place i know.. and monday i am gonna have a custom fabbed downpipe from the turbo to the cat with a flexpipe. eliminatin the o2 housing. it is gonna be run so it is a more fluid motion rather than being a sudden drop. i guess they have done almost a dozen cars like mine with awesome results. they are gonna charge me a decent price. but, i am feeling it is worth it, cuz from how me n the guy talked about... it should be a badass downpipe!. then everything will be line up correctly and snugeed up perfect before we even start the custom fab. ensuring perfect fit. I am so excited. just got my clutch in... and after the downpipe, i am gonna throw in the clutch, run it thru an 800 mile easy break in... and then put in the injectors, tuner, fpr,pump... and tune it. i am gettng excited!
