Did you dissconnect the clutch switch?
i still dont think that would fix his problem though

yeah the clutch switch would have nothin to do with it it still cranks, just doesn't run. It wouldn't even try and crank if the clutch switch was disconnected or bad.

I was thinkin maybe it could have been screwed up from the work he did on it... and i thoguth maybe disconnecting it was a possibility

So i finally decided to do a compression test and guess what no compression at all lol i just dont understand how that can happen after me sittin in the car cooling it down and shuttin it off myself its some weird *** **** lol

Check your timing belt is alighned.

Searsh all the way round the engine looking for oil leaks too. If so... then you have a blown headhasket... but.. i am going with your timing jumped.
