Exclamation Starting issues

I have a 97 eclipse spyder 2.4 and mostly when it's cold I
have to turn my key several time before it starts. Sometimes it takes me 10 min or longer to keep turning before it starts. This morning I couldn't even get it to start. Was taking the longest it ever has. I thought maybe the starter was done for. So I get back from work later that day and just tried for the heck of it. And the 4th time I turned it, it started. Please any ideas!?? It also has issues when it finally starts it's like the battery is struggling to start it. But got the battery last year and and got the alternator and battery tested and tested fine.

Grounds, bad connection at the starter, corrosion on battery terminals, rotted pos/neg cable, bad starter solenoid, bad ignition switch.

Can be any one of those.

Thanks for the ideas. It's been doing this off and on since I had the car three years ago. But just getting worse now. Don't know if that makes a difference.
