Default timing belt and P1390 code. out of time?

Hey all. I put new cam seals in the car yesterday. Also put on a new timing belt. I've done this before and the car ran like a champ but leaked oil. Hence changing the cam seals. Will the car idles like ****, very low rpm (2-300) and had a lope. It drives wonderful. Throwing up chide P1390 after driving about 10 minutes. I'm posting a picture of my timing marks - when I put the belt on the marks were PERFECT. the p1390 code indicates the timing belt had skipped a tooth or more - I need to know if my car is out of time somehow? Not sure how it would be since it is an interference engine. Help please?
