Default P1390 99 eclipse

this code means the timing belt has skipped one tooth or more: how do i set my timing or do i need to take belt off and move belt 1 tooth forward-or -backward?

what you need to do, isgo and get a new timing belt, and put the hole motor back in time.. Retime the motor. If the belt skipped a tooth, that more than likely means it's worn out.

Well it was not done right, bring it back. Or pull the cover off and check to see how much it is off and fix it.

take a look at the cam gears and there should be notches on the showing how then should be aligned. But if it is off i would bring it back because this might not be something you want to mess with.
