I would at least check it out and see how much movement you have. Once you have the tire off its pretty easy to see and move around.

 

well i was under the car at the oil change place. asked them if i can go down and look also. and there no up and down movement just side to side. the driver side has some movement but makes no noise. the passenger side has some movement but makes noise.
