No, dont replace it. Try replacing the belts first

 

well he just said that he just replaced them, but they still squeal... hmm... try tightening them a bit more cause they should be pretty taught, and spray some belt dressing on them, you can get that at any auto parts store, and see if that helps... if not then i guess give replacing the starter a shot... also, word of advice for everyone, if a problem could ever have more than one solution try to do the cheapest one first and see if it works, dont always just to such a bold conclusion, ya know?
