In my 95 eclipse gsx owners manual, the half full jug icon is the windsheild washer fluid. Indicates it on page 43 number 16 washer fluid level indicator (if so equiped). If you read it, it says The light comes on when the windhsield washer level is low. When the light comes on, add fluid.

 

when all the fluids came back as a negative, the first thing that came to my mind was possibly oil... check ur oil level.
