Default When I turn my lights on, idles down?

I noticed today when I turn my headlights on, my car drops like 3 RPM's, could this be part of my never ending problem?

When my lights are on, my idle drops about 100rpms.

But then again, I have reverse gauges, HIDs, trunk lighting, and a radio illumination tied into the light circuit
