How do you turn down the ringer volume?

How do you turn down the ringer volume?
I have a 2010 w/ the Multi-Communication system and when the phone rings the ringer volume is waaaay too loud. Can't seem to find anything in the search on the forum or in the manual... Please help as it wakes up my 1yr old everytime.
