Alot of people buy the 1g valve cover because they want one that is painted, and alot of people will sell pre-polished/painted VC's with the original core. So idk about the motor work thought. But alot of the things its missing is cheap.

I would not spend more than 3k on this car though. But as far as some problems go

1. Motor mount = very cheap and easy fix
2. speaker = maybe upgrade to some nice speakers and install. Might only cost you $100 at most

Id say for 3k it would be a good deal.
