I been looking at some previous post and seems like i didn't find this issue.

My issue is every time i start my car up in the morning in the cold, it goes from 2000rpm then goes down then back up then down for about 10 to 15 seconds then it idles properly. I never had this issue and i thought it would be my cold air intake but it seems to be installed properly with no line leak. I have no check engine light on so i can't even check the problem.

I have a 2004 eclipse gt-p and about 100,000km on it. would anyone know what the problem might be? or does this occur with most 3rd gen eclipses? thanks
