If you look at the pictures I have posted you will see a problem I created when Installing my AEM Cold Air Intake . The filter is open to the hot air off the engine . To overcome this problem I made a plate that fastens to my frame rail , a flex hose from Spectra and in the picture you can see I took the filter out of the engine bay and placed it into the fender well where it will get all the cold air it needs.
