Hey i just installed a cold air intake on my lancer oz rally. The air filter is in the wheel well. It is a very tight fit because of the battery. The battery is pressing it up against the coolant hose i believe warming it up and all the air im getting is hot defeating the purpose of the C.A.I. Also the battery is pushing it up against an engine bolt cutting into the pipe making a squeeking noise...is it best to just buy a trunk mount battery kit, would this fix the problem?
