2003 Montero Sport XLS Blower would not turn on

Default 2003 Montero Sport XLS Blower would not turn on
I went to turn on my fan and the blower motor would not start. I checked the fuse and the car came with replacement fuses so I took one and replaced the old one and nothing. AUTOZONE Showed me where the relays were under the hood. I took one of the other relays next to the one for the fan just to check and see if it would work and it did not. Any ideas?

Check for power at the blower motor, just use any old test light. It takes abt 5 min.
