Default 3000GT died!

Hello all- I have a 1995 3000GT. The other day my starter went out. Bought a new one and put it in. Next day alternator went out. Installed it along with a new battery. Car started right up and ran for about 30 mins. When I was heading down the road- it died! No warning, no check engine light. Pushed the car home, and tried to start it- no go. It sounds like it is going to start, but it does not. I hooked it up to my truck to try and jump it, but nothing! I checked fuel- good there. Checked spark- good there! The car is right there, ready to go, but I can not figure it out. Any help or ideas would really help!!! Could a bad starter or bad alternator cause it to die like that? THANKS!!!

So, your getting fuel and spart... just not igniting? It could be a vacume line or something... it could be your ECU. I find it really odd that all this stuff keeps going out... are you sure you dont just have an electrical fault?

I also think it is weird that everything went south at the same time. However, the starter had been going bad for some time. SO if there is a hole in the vaccum line- could that cause the car to die like it did? Also, if the ECU went out- would I still get a spark? Thank you very much for your input!

I think you would still get spark. It would all depend on the extent of it. There are so many things that could be wrong its really hard to say. I would look at the timing too. Maybe your T-Belt sliped a few teeth.

If you are getting spark and fuel and its still not ignitin that leads me to believe that there is not enough air getting to the system.

Im going on the ECU idea. It cant be the t belt because the car would still start it would just run really bad.
