95 eclipse stalls out ???

Default 95 eclipse stalls out ???
I have a 95 eclipse GS . I am wondering if anyone could help ? some times when you let out of throttle when slowing to stop it stalls engine it will start rite back but would like to fix this problem . it also sometimes stall rite after you start it . thanks if anyone could help .

Do you have a check engine light? Possibly a bad isc.
