burning oil smell
We recently purchased a 2001 mitsubishi eclipse gt 3.0 v6 . we have had the valve cover gaskets replaced,distributor,timing chain along with both cv axles and boots. However car stil has burning oil smell

Did you check the CAM seals in the rear of the motor. They seem to leak all the time unless you change them. They are the ORING type and easy to change, Good Luck.
