Charger Door Won't Open

Default Charger Door Won't Open
The charger door will not open by pressing the door. I must use a screwdriver to pry the door open? Help. Is there an adjustment to make the door open by a simple press? HELP

2023 Outlander PHEV. I have to use a screwdriver more often than not, but it will open with a slight press on occasions. HELP

There is a problem with the electronic latch. Refer to your dealer for repair as this involves disconnecting the traction battery connections
