Ok I've got a problem with my 1998 mirage 1.5 de. Whenever I take my car to get it inspected it wont pass inspection. cause of the fact that the computer read out says that my car has too many unset (not ready) readiness codes. Problem is with that they tell me to drive it for 50 miles and bring it back, but my sis had the same problem with it last year an It didnt work so she got the Dmv waive it. So Im trying to figure out, replace my computer, sensor or do the test drive (like go 60 mhp for 30sec)

 

Do 60 first since thats free and all. Then if that does not work the sensors then if that does not work the computer. but it sounds to me like the computer

 

do you have any check engine lights

 

Naw the check engine light dont show, the car drives fine. But my dad said some about emission control.
