Default IAC changed now idles high

I had a bad IAC(idle air control valve) that I replaced due to my car no longer would idle when cold. The new one solved that problem.

Now, however my car idles wayy high about 1500 rpm when cold then 1200 when warmed up. I tried to adjust the idle down on the throttle body but the screw is to its lowest setting.

How do I correct the high idle now???
Thanks

I reset the ecm and after starting the car it idles high then works its way down to normal. Turning on the A/C increases the rpm's but then it stabilizes. I think it will be fine and the ecm just needs to adjust to the new IAC.

change your temp sensor and you can adjust the IAC with an allen wrench

Which temp sensor and why do you say that I need to? I didnt see anywhere on the iac for an allen wrench to adjust.
