Default leak in passenger compartment

Hi,

I'm new to the forum, and hope someone has experience with this problem.

I have a 2002 Montero (full-size--- 86K) which has recently developed a problem with water flowing into the passenger compartmant. It began as a mist or spray, but has now become an almost constant drip soaking the carpeting. Suspecting a blocked drain, I checked in the engine compartment, and under the car; nothing was visible or obvious to suggest the source of the problem.

Appreciate any help.

Jack

Default RE: leak in passenger compartment

1. Blocked A/C drain
2. Leaking windshield seal
3. Debris blocking air intake drain
4. If it tastes sweet, it's coolant leak from heater core or one of its connections.
