Unhappy Dealer Service questions

Hi,
My outlander got sideswiped by a drunk driver the other day. The damage to the body/wheel was not very bad, however while driving I get this loud hum, from the wheels or whatever it is in the rear of the car.
The dealer offered to fix the body(they outsource the repairs) which was OK, but when I mentioned a possibility of damage to the wheel (or wheels, as the other wheel struck a curb) they took it for assessment at the dealership.Took 15 minutes (along with an oil change at the same time) They found no mechanical issues. They did not drive it outside. I brought it to the attention of the staff member, but heard the same- no issues.
This is the best car that I have ever had, and I would like it fixed to the condition it was in before.
Help, What else can I do here to have them address the issue before I leave the car with them?I still have 80K miles and 3 years of warranty left.
Thanks!
Lu
