Hi guys/girls,
Newbie here. I thought I was doing a simple job of changing the oil on my Mitsubishi Shogun 2004. I've got bike mechanic experience but none on 4x4s.
Stupidly I didn't watch a video before and just ploughed on.
I ended up removing a 24mm plug mistaking it for the drain plug. Can you help me ID what the plug belongs to please so I can refill it correctly!?
The oil that did come out of it was black as expected and I stupidly just assumed the plug was bigger than on other cars. My bad.
This is the plug I removed. I think it's the transfer box but want to be sure.
Thanks in advance
