Default 94 3000GT non-turbo

I'm currently running my 94 3000GT SL with an injen IS intake system, it said it adds 12hp and 10tq, but to the crank, to the wheel maybe half of it.
Is that the best you can get for that car?
The exhaust I wanna get is the 3sx.com long tube headers which goes to the cat, might get the high flow cat by random technologies or the test pipe.
and last, borla exhaust for the non-turbo, why is it close to a thousand dollars? Please let me know what gains I am expected from this, and also if a lightweight crank pulley would do anything? thanks

Its a waste of cash to be honest. Dont bother with the high flow cat either.. they really dont do anything

the borla exhaust is probly stainless steel so that will cost you a lot of money.
