Go for it.
Harley Davidson and Choppers has loud mufflers and can annoy people.
It doesn't make any sense why we can't put muffler that is much quieter than those bikes.
If Gay people has the rights to get married. We Men have the rights to install mufflers on our beloved cars.
Tell the judge that you have the scientific evidence to back up your claim.
