OK, i've figured it out mostly.
It isn't the bulb that's burnt out. It's the harness that holds the bulbs that's broke. atleast i think it's that. I'll swap bulbs and the same harness wont light up the bulb. What do you think i should do?
I can't see if any of the wire is broken or worn. ::shrugs::

My 96 GS does the same thing, replace the one harness, a wire is prolly loose in the harness, its alot cheaper and easier on the mind to just replace it.

I have the EXACT same problem!!!! It has been like that for me ever I installed my projector headlights, which doesnt make a damn bit of sense because you still use the same turn signal harnesses. I just put stock headlights back on, didn't go back to normal which I didn't think it would. To add to the frustration, on my gauge cluster whenver I have the parking lights on, the left green arrow for the blinker is CONSTANTLY lit. When i turn the left turn signal on when the parking lights are on, it blinks very fast but the light is very dim, when the parking lights are on and I turn the passenger side blinker on, it blinks very slow and doesnt even blink in the front. I have no clue what the problem is but I want it fixed!!! Does anyone know where you can buy new harnesses for the front turn signals?

I had the same problem with a dodge of mine, Turns out there was just a shorted wire in one of the harnesses.
