Driver seat movement

2014 Outlander GT. The driver seat (electric) has a little forward and backward movement that is annoying. The dealer said this is normal. Anyone know of a way to lock it in so there is no movement ?

First you look that the driver seat lock is okay, and check it out by another dealer or the mechanic who guide you properly.
