3000gt ideling problems

i have a 1994 3000gt abd im having some problems with the car ideling when the a/c is on it will surge and then drop almost shutting the car off help!!!!!

How much does it surge, probably an iac problem.

well say at a stop it idles at 1000 when i turn on the a/c it will drop to about 600 and then it will surge 200-300 rpms how hard is it to replace
