base 3L rev capabilities?

Default base 3L rev capabilities?

i have a distributed n/a base 3L engine, its current redline is 6000. i was wondering what the engine is capable on stock components. can it go up to 7000, or 7500? it is the over-economized 3L used in the crystlers, rated at 145 hp stock

So you are saying you have a base model with a SOHC engine is that right pushing the motor at that extream in stock mode is a tough call where it will blow up is a better question. The year matters also because of the crank and the four bolt V/S two bolt mains. Need more information.

it is a 1992, and i was wondering if you were to put in some better springs and modify the rev limiter, where you could go with that, an extra 500-1500 rpms? that sort of thing. i think my block is a 2 bold no teh 4 bolt block
