Default engine question

Hi, In my hunt for a new engine I come across tons and tons of the first gen to 92 24 valve engines now my question is this. what is the difference between the 92 style and the 93 up style? to look at them they look the same, and is it possible to use the 92 style in the 93 up?

The 93+ have 4 bolt mains and I think forged internals. They also have different cam/crank angle sensors.

Are you looking for an N/A engine or TT? I have a TT engine for sale. If you're interested, e-mail me at cconfusionn@yahoo.com

The block of the NA's remained unchanged throughout their production. As long as you have your heads, you should be able to swap in a newer block without issues.
