im changing the belts on my 94 dohc i have a base easier to change but the dohc is way diff im changing the 2 belts on it not the timing belt were is the ajuster to help me change them

Jack up the driver side, support the car with a jack stand is the easiest way to get to the tensioners. About the only "special" tool you need is a long 3/8" extension, this will allow you to adjust the power steering tensioner. The air/alternater tension is adjusted with a 10 or 12mm socket using the adjustment bolt on tensioner. I could have the tensioners backwards, but once you crawl under there, you should be able to figure it out easy enough.
