Hello Friends, last weekend, I turned on the engine and warmed up my car for about 15 minutes. Then, I turned it off to install the new MOMO pedals. However, when I tried to re-start the car 30 minutes later ... IT JUST WON'T START. The accessories, windows, radio, etc. work but the engine won't turn. I already replaced the STARTER RELAY but that was not the problem. I was able to START the car by PUSHING IT. But as soon as I turn the engine off, I cannot start again. PLEASE ADVICE ... I MISS DRIVING MY 3000GT! :-)

try reconnecting your battery again.

 

is it dead or it cranks and will not start. If dead clean the battery posts and tighten the battery connections. Use spray battery grease on them to protect. if it cranks but will not start check the fuze box for motor fuze and fuel pump if that don't cut it you may have a fried computer ECM or ECU its called rebuilt one around $250-$400 dollars if you shop Ebay or local oparts guys Auto Zone ect. You will have to have a rebuildable core or it will cost you another $150. 3sxperformance sells the capasitors for $9.95 if you want to do it yourself and can solder its a touchy task.

 

I had a bad starter today @#$&#$$*(% and it just clicked and that was the end I nursed it with a hammer a couple of times but it gave up this afternoon.
