price to rebuild my engine

I have a 1992 3s with 150,000 miles. how much would it cost to rebuild the engine. there is currently nothing wrong with the engine.

I just bought a rebuilt engine with low miles from japan for about 2 ,200. go to yahoo and type in engines r us. It runs good.
