I 100% agree with that.

But i have seen a 450hp DSM (very nice exterior) go for 7k before. Maybe it was 7.5 but it does happen. Those ebay auctions are about to close soon.. i wonder what they will close out at. I still dont think its going to be close to 10k.

The guy wants a fast car what can i say lol. If its too fast for him then he can just turn the boost down till he feels at a level where he can progress from.

Plus with the VR4 you have more potential for some real power down the road. The VR4 has a bigger 6 cylinder, while the GSX has a small four cylinder. More litres = more air and gas = more power potential. 'Nuff said. .

Thats why the fastest DSM is in the 7s... and the fastest VR4 is..... where? ... yeah, thought so.

When are you going to give up?

Your not comparing apples to apples here. FWD is not the same as AWD so thats irrelevant.

Fastest DSM - Vs - Fastest VR4
(7.70 - 1/4 mile) (high 8s?)

Im not 100% of the fastest VR4... every website i see tells me that its mid 9s.. but i think i have seen an article about one that just broke into the 8s. I think it ran an 8.9 but im not sure.

Thats a HUGE difference... DSM OWNS VR4

the fastest official awd 3/s is chris hills vr-4...it ran mid 9's...nelsons 930whp beast spun a bearing before they could break that record...but they did the mid 9's with around 750whp...so the 3/s has way more potential then you are saying sebba...the dsm is a boys car like a civic in more peoples opinions then you know...i love DSM's but i think anybody would be just as happy with a built 3/s

what do your pressious DSM's run unmodded? like 15's? the vr-4 runs 13's bone stock on stock tires...it deserves credit wheather the DSM platform has advanced more or not...you also forget the DSM platform just like the civic platform are WAY more popular in the aftermarket world then 3/s's....9's are only the beggining of what we will see the 3/s platform do...give it time.
