Default '00 Diamante ES value

We just bought a previously loved (Used) '07 Outlander, so now it is time to part with our beloved Diamante. I was wondering what a fair price is for it. It has 113k miles, has never been wrecked, always garaged and very well maintained. Also, it is the ES so it is cloth not leather. It is in awesome condition. The SRS light is on (Stealer wants $650 to fix). Also, after it sets for a few days, the a/c compressor clutch engages for the first time with a "clunk". I know it's a great car and would be excellent trouble free transportation for someone, but is probably not worth as much as I would hope. What do oyu all think. P.S. I am in Northwest Arkansas if it matters for the value.

I don't know how are cars valued in Arkansas but I am in Connecticut and previously purchased a 99 Diamante Ls with 135k from a friend for $1200 and it was in need of the two cats and down pipe not to mention the shocks/struts all four and a bushing. Hope this can give you an idea of what numbers to put on yours.
