Default v3000 surges at low RPM

Hi all, my 1989 v3000 surges at low rpm, i will be driving at around 50kmh and its surges like its not getting enough fuel but put your foot down and no problems at all just at low revs. If i keep the revs up and work the clutch theres no surging at all, is this a common issue with the sohc v6s, any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

lift the idle.
Advance your timing, re-place/pair your advance springs/diagphram/weights

During idle it doesn't miss or surge at all its just at low revs and when you take foot of the gas and let the car coast its starts to surge a bit. I will check for any vacuum leaks this weekend and its running on 95 but still does it.

sounds like its not coming off advance quick enough. So yeah. Springs and vacuum a good place to start.
