Default Fan will only blow while in motion.

Hello.

I don't understand this.. Maybe someone knows the solution..

I'm trying to avoid mechanics unless it's really needed.

I have a 2008 Eclipse Spyder GS. For some reason, when I'm stationary, (stoplight), my fan won't work at all.. When I begin moving, the heat will finally begin blowing out. (Not at full force.)

I can't change the variable speeds, either..

Does anyone know the solution for this? Even my local Advance store says they haven't heard of this...

Thanks.

I've never heard of the stopping/going causing it but if your variable speeds aren't working you probably have a bad blower motor resistor...

Maybe something is loose?
