Default 2005 Endeavor transmission Slipping

I have a 2005 Endeavor that I had the transmission replaced on about year ago now. About 7 months ago It started making the same noises I heard when the transmission went out on me before. I took it back in to them and they said there was nothing wrong with the transmission that it was my exhaust system that needed to be welded back on. Okay so had that done but it still was making those noises. Now I was driving I gave it some gas to get up speed to get on the highway when heard a loud clank noise and then then it would not go. I pulled over pit it in park then back in drive gave it gas and it slips out of gear going into 2nd gear and when it does the "N" starts blinking on and off. Any ideas what's going on? The shop says there is nothing wrong with the tranny.

>Sure sounds like it's malfunctioning. Since they are refusing to accept any wrongdoing, take it to a different transmission specialist for diagnosis. >> Computer problem or other electronics should be ruled out. Speed sensor, etc.
> Don't tell them the shop who worked on it before, until after their diagnosis.
