Default RE: Turbo upgrade

I got the car running today and it's definitely a HUGE improvement.

I can hit 24psi on the factory boost gauge where as before I was only pushing 19psi. The high end is greatly improved all the way to 7500 rpm's and the turbo spool is much louder. The lope is definitely there with these cams and I can here the 780cc injectors ticking a little bit. I'm going to run a couple logs and look at the tune tomorrow through ECU flash to make sure everything is working correctly and I'm not getting any knock. I'll try to get some video posted sometime this week.

I have to say, when I first started the car we forgot to connect the MAF sensor and the check engine light came on; there was also a loud ticking coming from the valve cover. After we connected the MAF sensor the check engine light was cleared and never came back on. However, the ticking remained for about 15 minutes. I bled the lifters as recommended but it didn't seem to help. Ticking is gone though and the check engine light is off....whew!! Time to find some races!![sm=roll.gif]
