Lowering springs or coilovers. Which is better? Also do I need to replace the shocks and struts even though nothing wrong with OEM. I am thinking about Tein lowering springs or Skunk 2 coilovers. And how much would the drop be for these lowering springs.

Tein is what I ride on now. Very good ride compared to the Progress springs I used to run on.

Between coils or springs I would choose springs because you get a better ride. Coils tend to be more bouncy. You can also ride on stock shocks for a bit if you need to. I ran on my for about three months before they blew out.

Now if you are talking about a complete coil over set such as the JIC or Tein damper then that is a whole nother story and I would choose those over anything else.
