The Mazda part #D6Y1-76-142 will also work and is easier to find on ebay.

After 10 years, the plastic has finally worn out.

the exterior cap and inner cylinder:

I suspect most folks, like me, will only need the inner part, 4406A167

Sorry to resurrect this thread after so many years, hopefully you're still subscribed to it. I have an 07 Outlander with the same broken cap issue. I cannot get the car started with the emergency key . Did you have the same issue of non starting without the cap? I'm wondering if the cap insert that goes over the Ignition lock is necessary to start the car with the emergency key
