Default Dead battery in a three month old car???

I bought an '08 Lancer and in January this year my battery has died three times. The dealership here is telling me one: I left my phone charger plugged in and that is a constant drain on my battery and therefore it is my fault and two: the battery they had to order is "special order" and I have to wait three days to get my car back. Am I getting screwed over here, am I supposed to pay for this new battery? Shouldn't I be given a loaner car for the time being? Pontiac gave me a loaner while my mini van was in for warranty service. I think the service of Mitsubishi is leaving much to be desired. Any ideas of what I should do?

All depends on the dealer. Some are ****ty.

Well, beings that the socket gets turned off when the key is out of the ignition, i would say thats a crock of ****.

Special order a battery? Wtf.

If they charge you for the battery, i say goto another dealership.
