Got new fuel filler neck to fix leak on 03 ES, can it be installed without tank drop?
Is it possible to install this new fuel filler neck on my 2003 Lancer ES without having to drop the gas tank? If that's required, I'd rather take it to an auto shop (that's willing to use my part), otherwise...
