Default suspension

im looking for better handiling and was wondering if the rrm springs are good and if they will hurt my struts in long run

RRM sells Progress springs and they use them on their own cars also. I have been contemplating a set for my car, but my situation is much more involved in the fact that Progress doesn't make a set for the Outlander and it would "cutting and pasting other car parts"(again). Anyway, back on topic, I think they give about a .8 or 1" drop and they shouldn't beat up your struts.
